We talked to them and inquired if we could do something to prepare for the next grade level over the summer. We devised a strategy based on these discussions. I have grown up and realized that, while I have a lot of great ideas, there is a right time and place to present them. I like to build trust with my colleagues as I do with my clients before I feel comfortable suggesting changes. I have a lot of great ideas and enjoy organizing activities such as group outings, games, art therapy, and sports to boost confidence.
